St. Roch Market and its rich blend of local and global food vendors partnered with Tostitos this Super Bowl.
Located at the historic venue, the Tostitos Cantina was an incredible culinary experience like no other. Fans enjoyed scrumptious one-of-a-kind dishes that were created with St. Roch’s chefs and restaurateurs.
They masterfully blended their creativity, heritage and locally-celebrated culinary stylings with a Tostitos Tex-Mex flair. Fans purchased menu items a la carte or reserved a tasting menu experience.
The collaborative menu of creative fusion dishes was enjoyed as much as the upgrade that came along with it to the historical marker. Everything about this pop-up was a huge win. Visitors and football fans won as much as the neighborhood.

Doritos Snack-Too Parlor: The Doritos Snack-Too Parlor allowed guests to get inked with real snack-inspired tattoos designed by local artists from Lucky Dagger.
The Pepsi Challenge: Pepsi brought back the iconic Pepsi Challenge—50 years later—with a bold twist, now featuring Pepsi Zero Sugar. Ahead of a nationwide tour later this year, The Pepsi Challenge kicked off in New Orleans where fans took part in the ultimate taste showdown by blindly sampling Pepsi Zero Sugar and Coke Zero Sugar.
Tostitos Armchair Quarterback: Tostitos put fans in the ultimate test with the Armchair Quarterback experience. In a head-to head challenge, two fans sat in oversized armchairs that operated like a mechanical bull. Participants were asked Super Bowl trivia while throwing footballs at a target that functions as the answer button.
