Awards Season is officially in full swing and this year, the most coveted ticket in town might not be to a ceremony, but to tea.

In celebration of Hollywood’s glitziest time of year, The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills is debuting its Golden Scone Afternoon Tea, a red carpet–inspired experience that turns the beloved British tradition into a star-studded affair. The limited-time tea launches January 10 and runs every weekend through Sunday, March 29, offering guests a delicious way to toast the season’s biggest moments. Served Saturdays and Sundays from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm, the Golden Scone Afternoon Tea is equal parts elegant and playful with cinematic touches woven into every bite.

The experience begins with a lineup of savory tea sandwiches that are as clever as they are craveable. From the crisp Cucumber Cameo to the comforting Critics’ Choice Chicken, the luxe Smoked Salmon Starlet, and the rich, brunch-worthy Golden Yolk, each bite earns its own standing ovation. Next come the stars of the show — The Golden Scones, served warm in both plain and golden raisin varieties, paired with lemon curd, Devonshire cream, and strawberry preserves. Dessert brings the drama. Nominee-inspired sweets include the indulgent Red Carpet Velvet Crêpe Cake, delicate Golden Macarons, the bright Limelight Citrus Curd Tart, and the show-stealing Cecil B. DeMille Feuille — a grand finale worthy of a Best Picture win.

Guests can sip from a curated collection of premium teas like Earl Grey and Jasmine Silver Tip, along with limited-edition blends such as Cherry Blossom and Golden Masala Chai. Want to make it a full Hollywood moment? Add champagne by the glass or the signature Leading Lady Martini, featuring vodka, pineapple juice, and Chambord. For celebrations, guests may pre-order The Hollywood Ending Cake — a pink champagne cake layered with strawberry buttercream, priced at $45 and serving up to four guests.

The Golden Scone Afternoon Tea is available for $84 per person and $42 for children 12 and under, with reservations required via OpenTable.
