Elote Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Lost Explorer Tequila Blanco
- 1 oz Nixta Liqueur
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- .25 oz Maple Syrup
- Garnish with a small piece of grilled corn or a lime wheel
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake it up. Rim a coupe or martini glass with salt. Fine strain into the glass and garnish with a small piece of grilled corn or a lime wheel.
Granada Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz The Lost Explorer Espadin Mezcal (optional: infuse with ginger)
- ⅔ oz Pomegranate Molasses
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime
- Garnish with Black Volcanic Salt
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake it up. Rim an Old Fashioned glass with black volcanic salt and fill it with ice, then strain cocktail into the glass.
Shoot Your Shot
Ingredients:
- 2 – 3 red thai chili slices
- 1 ¾ oz fresh squeezed blood orange
- ½ oz orange liqueur
- 1 ½ oz Mi Campo Blanco tequila
- ½ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- ¾ oz agave nectar
- 3 dashes chili bitters
- 1 – 2 oz red wine
Method: Add the following to a cocktail shaker:
- 2 – 3 red thai chili slices
- 1 ¾ oz fresh squeezed blood orange
Muddle ingredients, then add:
- ½ oz orange liqueur
- 1 ½ oz Mi Campo Blanco tequila
- ½ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- ¾ oz agave nectar
- 3 dashes chili bitters
Shake well! Strain over heart-shaped ice cubes. Top with a red wine float using back side of a spoon to slowly pour over 1 – 2 oz red wine. Garnish with red thai chili, dragon fruit chunks and/or blood orange slice
Grapefruit Rose Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Dulce Vida Grapefruit Tequila
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz Rose Liqueur
- Soda water, top
- Garnish: Rose petals
Method: In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, fresh lime, orange liqueur, rose liqueur, and ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a tall collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with rose petals. Cin Cin!
Lovey Dovey Paloma
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Dulce Vida Grapefruit Tequila
- 3 oz Sparkling Water
- Splash Zero Lemon Lime Soda
- Squeeze of Fresh Lime
- Garnish: Lime Wedge
Method: Pour all ingredients over ice in a tall glass, stir and garnish with a lime.

- 1.25oz Astral Tequila Reposado
- 0.25oz Amaro

Tequila Martini
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces Tres Agaves Tequila Blanco
- .75 ounce vermouth
- Half a lemon, freshly squeezed
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Lemon twist for garnish
Method: Add tequila, vermouth, lemon juice and bitters into a shaker. Fill shaker with ice, then shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Double strain and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist

Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Tequila Don Julio Rosado
- 0.75 oz Lime
- 0.75 oz Passion Fruit
- 0.5 oz Honey
Glassware: Rocks glass
Garnishes: Grapefruit peel
Preparation: Rim a rocks glass with chili salt and fill it with one large ice cube, combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake hard for 5 seconds, strain into a glass and garnish with a grapefruit peel.

Method: Add all of your ingredients to a mixing glass. Give it a quick shake. Give a double rocks glass a half salt rim and fine strain the cocktail into it. Add some ice and garnish with the leaves left over from your mandarins. Cheers!

Ingredients
- 25 ml Disaronno Originale
- 25 ml Tequila
- 15 ml Fresh lime juice
- 5 ml Sugar syrup
Method: Pour the ingredients into a shaker and double strain into a margarita glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

Ingredients:

Method: Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Muddle strawberries, add ice, and shake well. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish and enjoy.
*To make strawberry simple syrup, add 1 cup each of sugar and water plus 8 oz chopped strawberries to a pot over medium heat and bring to a boil. Lower heat and let simmer for 20-30 minutes. Let cool, strain into a container, and keep sealed in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
French 75 Kiss
Makes one serving
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Sugar Syrup
- 1.5 oz Champagne
Glassware: Champagne flute
Garnishes: Lemon Twist
Preparation: In a shaker build 1 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 1 oz lemon juice, and 0.5 oz sugar syrup. Fill the shaker with cubed ice and give a quick shake. Double strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
Artisanal Gimlet
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Coppercraft Gin
- 75 oz lime juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 1 lime wheel, garnish
Method: Combine the Coppercraft Gin, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

- 1 oz Elderflower Cordial
