The Best Cosplay at Fandemic Tour

Cosplayers came from all over the world to have a chance to enjoy Fandemic Tour.

Fandemic Tour Is The Convention That Reunited The Walking Dead’s Fandom!

There were some original ideas that caught my interest. However, it was most of The Walking Dead related cosplayers that had my eyes glued to their designs. In case if you did not know, it takes a long time to plan, create, and design a costume for a convention. These particular ones I would like to highlight.

Carol with Alpha’s head. Photography by Julian Cannon

Back in season 10 of The Walking Dead, Alpha meet her demise due to Negan killing her. This was part of Negan and Carol’s plan to take her down for good. The person above not only rocked it with Carol’s season 10 look, but also brought Alpha’s severed head with her. I love it!

Getting the cosplay of Rosita done is one thing, but to also bring her signature weapon to the mix takes it to another level. Everything from the wardrobe to her weapon makes it stand out. If you want to see more of this person’s work and cosplay, you can follow her on Instagram @rositaespicey

Red Riding Hood Cosplayer. Photography by Julian Cannon

There is not too much fantasy style ideas for cosplay at a convention that is focused on The Walking Dead. But this one of Red Riding Hood is really beautiful. The cosplayer here  is Sarah Serenity and she was at Fandemic Tour for three days. The other two days, Sarah cosplayed as Darla Dixon, Daryl’s missing wife, and Marvel’s Lady Death! You can check out more of her work on Twitter @SarahSerenity17.

Whisperer Negan Cosplayer. Photography by Julian Cannon

Negan joined The Whisperers back in season 10 of The Walking Dead in order to fulfill Carol’s plan to take down Alpha. It did not take long for this version of Negan to appear in conventions. Although it took a while since the near end of the airing of Season 10, the pandemic started. Not only this person got the jacket and Lucielle, he also got Negan’s Whisperer mask with the carved smile. Very impressive.

Maggie and Beta Cosplayers. Photography by Julian Cannon

This couple here not only had fun at Fandemic Tour, but they dressed up as two people from opposite sides. The woman on the left cosplayed as Maggie and the male on the right cosplayed as Beta. Knowing that Beta was very tall, the person’s height matched the actual character. I rarely meet people who are taller than me so I was surprised when I saw him!

Hope to see much more at next year’s Fandemic Tour!
