The Bellagio Debuts a High-Octane New Fountainside Spectacle at The Mayfair Supper Club in Vegas

Are you looking for the most exciting and luxurious dinner party experience in Las Vegas? Well, search no further than The Mayfair Supper Club located at the Bellagio Resort & Casino. The highly sophisticated and ultra chic restaurant / lounge has everything when it comes to fine dining. And recently, they have unveiled an all-new, over-the-top live production with an expanded culinary and cocktail program that will leave guests in awe and thrilled.

Overlooking the iconic Fountains of Bellagio, The Mayfair Supper Club’s refresh is lavish and a wildly entertaining experience that offers guests a majestic Vegas night out where dinner and live performances share the spotlight. Produced by the award-winning theatrical production company Outside The Box Amusements, the new dreamlike pageantry builds throughout the evening with live music, amazing choreography and surprising moments, paired with delicious culinary dishes with notes of international influences.

“Every element—from the production and food to the cocktails—works together to create an experience designed to surprise, seduce and linger well beyond the final course,” said Ari Kastrati, Chief Content, Hospitality and Development Officer at MGM Resorts International, in a statement.

Numerous performances take place throughout the night, featuring a cast of more than 15 artists and athletes. One of the most unique specialty acts is a ballet dancer who balanced on champagne bottles. The act is simply incredible. The rare, specialized skill of balancing and walking en pointe on tiny bottles requires immense strength, precision, and control—and the ballet dancer makes it look effortless. Another remarkable performance is a woman that performs aerial acts from a harness hooked to her hair and a roller skate duo showcasing highly dangerous, fast-paced acrobatic maneuvers on a small, raised platform. Witnessing their act is worth the price of admission alone. They added a jolt of adrenaline to the venue’s dining experience.

In addition to the high-flying acts and pole dancing, there’s singing, music, magical acts, a live DJ providing infectious pop music, comedy moments like the host honking his way through the main dining room on a Vespa and plenty of other thrilling entertainment throughout the entire dining room with the unforgettable backdrop of the iconic fountains elevating the visual bonanza.

In terms of the food, Bellagio’s incredibly talented culinary team has created more than a dozen new flavorful dishes designed to be as visually striking as they are indulgent. Complementing The Mayfair’s mainstays like the prime rib and roasted half chicken, the menu additions breathe new life into supper club fare. Highlights include:

• King Crab California Roll: Crispy rice, avocado mousse and caviar.

• Surf & Turf Roll: Tempura soft shell, Mishima wagyu and umami sauce.

• General K’s Hot & Sour Lobster: A mighty dish with tempura fried lobster, grilled shiitake, broccolini and fresh herbs.

• Dubai Disco Ball: The most tasty dessert served with pistachio ice cream, caramelized kataifi, and candied orange.

• Mayfair’s Rose: A beautiful and impressive tableside presentation with dark chocolate mousse, kirsch cream, and brandied cherries.

The Knockturnal tasted many of the phenomenal dishes and it was one of the most opulent and sublime meals we tried in Vegas. Every dish was flawless and simply marvelous. The ribeye steak was top-tier and had rich flavor and exceptional tenderness, driven by high levels of marbling. We also recommend the creamy truffle pasta and the fresh Surf & Turf Roll. We could eat this everyday. The combo of the tempura soft shell and the Mishima wagyu was perfectly balanced and very tasty. I want to eat this again now! And you must order General K’s Hot & Sour Lobster. Trust us. The tempura fried lobster is to die for. Every bite was heavenly and the presentation of the huge lobster was beautiful.

The drinks at The Mayfair Supper Club are also glorious. Their new cocktail collection include the following:

• Corset: Cincoro Blanco Tequila, raspberry, lime and egg white.

• High Heel: Tito’s Vodka, Harry’s Berries strawberries, Aperol, lemon sidecar and Laurent- Perrier Champagne.

• Pipe: Bruichladdich Laddie Scotch, demerara, orange juice and cherry herring served with vapor.

• Hourglass:  Sonrisa Blanco Rum, passion fruit, pomegranate and lime.

• Jalisco Old Fashioned: Komos Extra Añejo MGM Special Edition, Abuelita demerara and agave.

With a new production and revamped menus, The Mayfair Supper Club at the Bellagio is truly leading and redefining Vegas’s entertainment and culinary experience for the better. The food is so good and the vibes are luxurious. As soon as you step in the restaurant, you are transported into an underwater theme with seashells, seahorses and jellyfish decorated on the walls and chandeliers made out of coral. The setting is fun and most of all you will have an unforgettable evening that you will cherish forever.
