Make your espresso martini a little more interesting with the new CAZADORES Cafe
Last week, Tequila CAZADORES launched a new and exciting tequila-based coffee liqueur called CAZADORES Café. To celebrate the new launch, the brand hosted an exciting pop-up shop in the Lower East Side called CAZADORES Café. This pop-up gave the people in NYC a chance to try out the latest product, both by itself and in a delicious cocktail. And with the renaissance of coffee happening now, there is no better time to launch a tequila-based coffee liqueur.
The Knockturnal had the exclusive opportunity to explore the café and indulge in its signature drinks ahead of the public launch. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. The standout of the evening was undoubtedly the CAZADORES Café Espresso Martini. For those that love the classic espresso martini, it is known that the base begins with vodka. Vodka is something that is a great base for simple drinks but doesn’t add much extra flavor or dimension to the cocktail. With CAZADORES Café, there is an extra dimension of agave, sweet vanilla, and chocolate that is added to the drink that helps provide an incredible balance to the bitterness that comes with the espresso brew. The drink is extremely simple but has a level of refinement and delectable flavor to it that had us going back for more.
CAZADORES Café Espresso Martini Recipe
- 2 oz. CAZADORESCafé
- 2 oz. Fresh Brewed Coffee or 1 oz. Espresso.
- Coffee beans
Recommended Method: Combine ingredients with ice, shake, and serve up in a cocktail. Garnish with 3 coffee beans for that aesthetically pleasing look.
