DrakeFrench Montana, along with Drake’s father were spotted at Jue Lan Club, an NYC Chinese dining establishment. Only a week after Drake performed four sold out shows at Madison Square Garden (plus a Boston show) and French Montana celebrated his soon-to-be released album.

Lil’ Kim was spotted at Supreme Lounge inside Tiffany’s on Vine, powered by SUPREME TEAM LA! Kim sipped champagne with friends and jammed to a few hip-hop classics during the clubs 90’s – 2000’s set. The DJ spun a few of Kim’s hits as she and comedian Mike Epps shared laughs and few dance moves.

Following his last professional game as a New York Yankee, Alex Rodriguez and Jamie Foxx hosted an official retirement party for Rodriguez at NYC hotspot, Up&Down. The NY Yankee star, friends, and special guests filled the venue to celebrate his 22-year baseball career. Rodrigues celebrated with a 12-liter, $80,000 bottle of JAY Z’s Champagne Armand de Brignac, which was carried out by staff wearing #13 jerseys! The event included a special performance by rapper, Nas. Special guests included Dave Chappelle, Rita Ora, Michael Shannon, Party Next Door, Karrueche, Kent Jones, Darrelle Revis, John David Washington, Tony Allen, Myles White, Shane Vereen, Michael Gilchrist and New York Yankees’ teammates CC Sabathia and Dellin Betances.

Yoobi and i am OTHER (Pharrell’s creative collective) celebrated their new collection, available now at Target and  Pharrell and Yoobi co-founder/CEO Ido Leffler celebrated with students from Los Angeles Unified School District, kids from the Boys & Girls Club and celebrity guests including Christina Milian and her daughter Violet, Mayte Garcia, Aubrey Anderson-Emmons (Modern Family), Trinitee Stokes (K.C. On August 6th, Delaware-based non-profit Duffy’s Hope, founded by former Harlem Globetrotter Allen “Duffy” Samuels, presented its 14th Annual Celebrity Basketball Game in the Bob Carpenter Center at the University of Delaware. It was a fun-filled evening of friendly competition between celebrities, local community leaders and former basketball players. Celebrity players and honorary coaches were Atlantic Music singer/songwriter and Philadelphia native PNB Rock, actress and recording artist LeToya Luckett, award-winning actor Lance Gross, television personality Tami Roman, her daughter and recording artist Jazz Anderson, actor of hit show “Power” and recording artist Rotimi, Harlem Globetrotter Tammy Brawner, award-winning teen sports star Mo’Ne Davis, media personality Quincy “Q Deezy” Harris, actor Wesley Jonathan, actor on hit Disney Channel show “KC Undercover” Kamil McFadden and WNBA Chicago Sky Forward Tamera Young.

Johnnie Walker Blue and Haute Living hosted an intimate dinner to honor NY sports legend Mike Piazza’s induction into the MLB Hall of Fame and retirement of his jersey. Close friends and family all shared warm memories and stories of Piazza as they honored the Mets Hall of Famer and retirement of the infamous No. 31 jersey.  Piazza and his wife Alicia ended the evening by raising a glass of Johnnie Walker Blue Label to toast to his success and thanked everyone for being by their sides over the years.

Bachelorette season 11 alum Shawn Booth (and fiancé to former Bachelorette, Kaitlyn Bristowe) who stopped by the 44th and 5th Ave. New York Sports Clubs location in honor of First Responders Appreciation Month.

To celebrate police officers, firefighters, EMS, military personnel and other first responders, NYSC deemed August First Responders Appreciation Month and has offered all first responders a free membership for the entire month of August. Booth also has a very personal connection to first responders. His mother has been (and still is) a fire department secretary and two of Shawn’s best friends from growing up are police officers. One also happens to be a marine and previously completed two tours in Iraq.
