Sir Rosevelt Performs on Jimmy Kimmel

Sir Rosevelt had fans on their feet while performing on Jimmy Kimmel last night. The trio, which was born from a side project created by Zac Brown (The Zac Brown Band), has quickly gained recognition. Audience members danced along to the high-energy hits such as “Sunday Finest” and  “Hurricane”.

Niko Moon and Ben Simonetti join Brown in the musical endeavor. Varying from its country origin group, The Zac Brown Band, Sir Rosevelt is rooted more in pop music with strong folk and jazz influences mixed with a strong dance groove. Brown cited artists like Jack U, Diplo, and Skrillex as inspiring springboard musicians for his new group. Although it might sound like an odd combination, if the Kimmel audience is any indication, the group will be a household name very soon.
