SHEIN X Celebrates its First Ever Immersive Summit at The Fleur Room in West Hollywood

The global fashion and lifestyle e-commerce company, SHEIN has created a new program that helps designers fulfill their creative dream.

SHEIN X allows up and coming designers to focus on creation while SHEIN takes on the manufacturing, marketing, and selling which is often what designers struggle with. “It’s the best of both worlds, we get to discover new talent and emerging artists get to design the collection of their dreams.” This program has the ability to empower the next generation of designers by giving them global exposure to millions of customers while also allowing them to keep their profits and ownership of their creations.

SHEIN X recently held its first ever immersive summit for fashion creators and industry experts and to celebrate they hosted a kickoff party at The Fleur Room in West Hollywood. The lavish venue was the perfect atmosphere for an evening of cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and of course, fashion. The bar offered complimentary Design Summit themed cocktails such as the Freaky City Crush, Sylvia Mollie Sensation and Armand’s Kiss. On display were pieces from Valerie Campbell designer of Freak City LA, Armand Mehidri designer of Armand, and Kenya Freeman designer of Sylvia Mollie. “I want every type of woman who goes on my site and sees the collection to find themselves in at least one of the pieces,” Mehidri shared. Each designer has been on a long road to success, each with their own unique story to how they’ve made it this far in a highly competitive field. Some have been with SHEIN since the very beginning of the SHEIN X program back in 2021 and some were even apart of the first launch. They have remained true to their craft and eager to share their designs with the masses. “If you keep being you, and stay authentic to yourself, those doors will open,” said designer Valerie Campbell.
