Señor Frog’s Times Square Flagship Opening Party

Señior Frog’s, everyone’s favorite spring break restaurant, officially opened its first-ever New York flagship location at 11 Times Square with a wild opening party Tuesday that coincided with a book signing by NYC nightlight fixture and Instagram celebrity Josh Ostrovsky (aka The Fat Jew) of his new literary classic, Money, Pizza, Respect.

The 540-seat bi-level bar and grill was ‘hopping’ with live music and dancing revelers as we entered, and we took in the festive scenery: margaritas by the yard, trays of Señior Frog’s legendary Mexican dishes: as enchiladas, chimichangas, burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and, of course, chips and dip stations featuring loads of guacamole, pico de gallo, and chipotle dressing. The most popular people at the party had to be the hot waitstaff who brought out Señior Frog’s signature cocktails (such as the Frog’s Buster, Frog’s Punch, Bahama Mama, and Caribbean Daiquiri), along with Fat Jew’s own wine brand, White Girl Rosé.  We would definitely recommend Señior Frog’s NYC location to anyone that can’t wait until spring break to party Cancun style!

The party was enlivened by balloon hats!
