Miguel Vieira’s Fall/Winter 2017 collection delivered on the dreamy-city vibes at this season’s New York Fashion Week.
The entire collection featured all black and white pieces, with urban city silhouettes and clean patterns. Almost all of the runway looks could have been worn exactly as styled, straight into the streets of New York City. From mixed laced dresses, to statement pants, the collection was wardrobe-ready from head to toe. Here are my top 3 favorite runway looks to wear right now:
Look 1 – Contemporary Downtown Chic
This look is very on trend with the see-through lace layering that’s been happening in fashion. It’s super sexy, yet feminine and structured at the same time. I love looks that don’t make you choose just one aesthetic, and this one mixes a few.
Look 2 – Boss Lady
This particular look is workwear goals. I love the proportion play that’s happening, as well as the repeating pattern on multiple pieces. It’s effortlessly chic, with just the right amount of cool.
Look 3 – Borrowed from the Boys
Anyone who knows my personal style, knows I love a good borrowed-from-the-boys look. This look in particular, I would wear in a heartbeat – from the slouchy cardigan, all the way down to the shoes. I’ll take one of each, please and thank you.
