The father-son team of Kenneth and Bradley Fishel of Renaissance Properties are continuing to lease space in a now re-awakening NYC with the assistance of the Cohen Team at Newark!

As the virus swept the country last year, Fishel’s fully leased buildings were seeing new vacancies. In order to release these new vacancies, the Fishels went to war, assembling an army of architects, design professionals, public relations, and a contingent of contractors who were available to get to work right away. They set off to restore their historic spaces to pristine condition, showcasing natural materials and monumental windows. They also constructed pre-built offices in various sizes and invited tenants to move in quickly with prices that we’re competitive and attractive for leasing in the current market. “If you look around, this is a re-awakened New York!” said Bradley Fishel

The Fishel-Cohen partnership enjoyed similar leasing success at their other buildings. “The Fishels spend money. Period. It shows in their product. Their timeliness, flexibility, and inventiveness are best in class. Tenants have choices and there is a flight to quality in this type of market. The Fishels have all that it takes to get the deal done.” says JD Cohen from Newmark.
At 166 Crosby Street, the Fishels have a spectacular space featuring 36 perimeter windows in a rectangular classic loft that soars above neighboring buildings. “The architecture team made this lobby art,” said Bradley Fishel. “The tenth floor is really really beautiful, it’s the best floor. We restored the floor to the way it was built back in 1900. It is absolutely gorgeous with sunlight from sunrise to sunset!” said Kenneth Fishel. They’ve kept the best space for last as they are waiting for the right tenant to make an offer on the space. “We’ll do whatever we need to do for the right tenant,” said Kenneth Fishel.
