Rémy Martin Sparkles at New York Michelin Star Revelation

Rémy Martin knows how to make a night soar to new heights.

On October 6, the epic New York Michelin Star Revelation took place at Peak at Hudson Yards. Rémy Martin was on site to make the night even more extraordinary.

A delighted crowd gathered in the skyscraper on a clear night in Manhattan. As the moon radiated light over the world-famous patio in the stars, The Michelin Guide revealed their own sparkling lights as the year’s Michelin starred restaurants were named and honored as leaders in culinary excellence.

Overlooking the stunning view, the party began with guests enjoying specialty cocktails including the Rémy Martin Tercet Tropical, Rémy XO Constellation and Rémy Martin Tercet served neat and on the rocks.

Brand Ambassador, Stephanie Mills-Sudan, was on hand with offerings of pairings to bring out the bountiful portfolio of Rémy Martin. As an exclusive partner of the MICHELIN Guide, Rémy Martin, inspired by strong shared values, was honored to be part of the gastronomic celebrations and discovery of chefs and restaurants leading the way in exquisite culinary expertise in this vibrant city.

At the special interactive bar crowds gathered to try the wonderful Opulence Revealed Experience—a multi-sensory tasting experience that allows guests to discover a deeper understanding and appreciation of the finer points of Rémy Martin XO and Rémy Martin Tercet. The Opulence Revealed is an exploration of textures, flavors, and aromas, and brings to life the intrinsic story of Rémy Martin’s exceptional cognacs.

During the ceremony hosted by Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka, Rémy Martin introduced the Michelin Exceptional Cocktails Award. The award, which recognizes beverage directors for their talent to recommend a food and cocktail pairing or unique beverage program to enhance customers’ culinary experiences, was presented to Philip Dizard, Head of Operation/Beverage Director at Noda.

New restaurants honored included: Al Coro and SAGA with two stars and Clover Hill, Dirt Candy, Frevo, Icca, Joomak Banjum, L’Abeille, Le Pavillon, Mari, Noz 17, Oiji Mi, One White Street, Red Paper Clip, Semma, Shion 69 Leonard Street, 63 Clinton, Torien and Yoshino with one star.

As icons of fine dining and spirits, Michelin and Rémy Martin have celebrated sustainable excellence and exceptional know-how for centuries. Similar to the passion seen in MICHELIN honorees, the work mirrors the commitment of the Cellar Masters at Rémy Martin, with their unwavering vision of excellence and craftsmanship to the land and Cognac Fine Champagne they produce.
