The Knockturnal: Can you talk about “Wait 4 It?” What was the inspiration behind the single and visual?

June3rd: Wait 4 it is just one of those records where I held nothing back. I’m talking to a girl telling her that I’m more than interested. I guess I was just inspired by the curiosity of how she’s gonna feel.

The Knockturnal: When did you first begin experimenting with music?

June3rd: I’d say I began my music journey at about 12years old. My sister brought me to the studio and I made my first song. It was so bad I was determined to keep at it & reach my real potential.

The Knockturnal: How did it feel to go viral with your debut single?

June 3rd: Going viral was a great feeling cause I know all the adversity we went through behind the scenes. So to see everything pay off was dope.

The Knockturnal: What have been the biggest highlights of your career so far?

June3rd: I think a couple of the highlights so far have been going viral on my first release as a singer. Also being able to shoot the 1942video in my hometown. It was dope to see the city come out.

The Knockturnal: What are some of your goals? Do you want to sign with a major label?

June3rd: A goal of mine is to be able to chart on the billboard hot 100. As far as signing to a major, I’m not opposed to it. My team is so strong right now that they would have to come with that big bag for me to do a deal like that.

The Knockturnal: Can you talk about what you have on the way like your debut project Jemini.

June3rd: Coming next, I have another song & visual that I feel like is gonna go even crazier than my previous releases. I have a few other surprises for y’all as well, just gotta stay tuned. And JEMENI will be out before the end of the year. That’s all I can say lol.
