PROJECT debuts at F/W 18 Fashion Week

In partnership with the CFDA, PROJECT, a trade show dedicated to menswear, had a strong showing for their FW’18 presentation on February 6th. Debuting four designers Michael Bastian, W.R.K., M. Singer, and Faherty, the show provided a diversity of looks and dressed for different personalities.

Each designer previewed 10 looks. Michael Bastian “Gray Label” drew inspiration from the Pacific Northwest. Bastian had an array of colors, dressing the “cool guy,” with tribal-designed sweaters, a standout vest, and well-tailored suits. Faherty designed for the Midwesterners. He tells the story of a California road trip with flannels, jackets, and rugged pants. W.R.K. was inspired by “the aviator,” which happens to be the designer’s occupation and the collection drew on his passion for innovation. Leather details stole positive attention in his display, as well as jackets and coats. M. Singer designed an eclectic urban collection, with down-to-earth vibes. Hats, shorts, and scarfs pieced his collection together.
