A Preview of ‘Jack: For The Innocent & Voiceless’ Art Exhibition

Last night we attended an exclusive auction preview of photographic works for a new exhibition at the 446 West 14th Street gallery space entitled “For The Innocent & Voiceless” featuring a collaboration by leading photographer Dah Wee with some of the world’s most famous subjects from Madonna to Naomi Campbell with the theme about the importance of giving a voice to the voiceless.

Thomas Keown was in attendance at the preview and spoke about the inspiring journey that took him to Kenya, where he founded the Many Hopes Foundation, a non-profit organization that rescues children from poverty, corruption and abuse in Kenya.  All of the artwork from the exhibition will be auctioned off in support of the foundation on Friday, May 20.  Limited edition photographs will be sold alongside editions of Jack, a poster size magazine and collectible piece of art centered on pop culture and entertainment, during the auction, which will also feature a special performance by Ramiro Scalzi.

Following the auction, the Many Hopes Foundation will hold its annual fundraiser gala on May 23 at 180 Maiden Lane in New York, which will be co-hosted by supermodel Karen Elson, actor Zachary Levi, and fitness entrepreneur Tracy Anderson, and will bring together 500 influencers to raise money to build a school in Kenya.

Issa PR handles pro bono work for Many Hopes as part of their annual commitment to supporting charities and philanthropy.  More information about the Many Hopes Foundation can be found at http://discover.manyhopes.org/
