Playboi Carti has shared the official new music video for “Magnolia,” the third single from his debut mixtape Playboi Carti.
“Magnolia” took the internet by storm when it first dropped. It’s also the song which inspired Jay-Z‘s latest album 4:44. Now, Carti returns with a juxtaposed visuals for the song starring A$AP Rocky and more. The clip is directed by A$AP Rocky’s small but secretive internal art direction team, known as AWGE.
The video features Carti in the streets of New York, as him and his team milly rock, hide it in their socks, running from the cops, chilling on the block and partying with A$AP Rocky, 2 Milly, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and more in a nightclub–among other festivities.
