On Wednesday, June 26th, Cobble Fish kicked off the summer with an unforgettable party at their stunning waterfront spot on Pier 16 at the South Street Seaport. The evening greeted guests with clear skies and warm temperatures, setting the perfect stage for a summer celebration. Nestled between the historic Lightship Ambrose and Wavetree vessels, the location offered guests spectacular waterfront views amidst maritime history.
Cobble Fish, renowned for its delectable seafood and refreshing cocktails, did not disappoint. Guests savored a variety of delicious dishes, including the Calm Seas Lobster Roll, Baja Fish Tacos, and Buoy Burgers. A standout was The Big Dog, a foot-long hotdog wrapped in bacon and topped with mango salsa, mustard, and pico de gallo. As I strolled along South Street Seaport Pier 16, Michael Jackson’s “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin'” played through my ear pods, a fitting tribute the day after his birthday.
