Pascal Jolivet hosted an exclusive celebratory dinner at the prestigious, world-renowned Estiatorio Milos, a restaurant in New York City with a presence across the globe known for serving some of the finest Mediterranean seafood. The festivities were held on Monday, October 21st, in honor of Jolivet’s 2018 vintage bottlings. Pascal himself was in attendance with his statuesque, ingenious wife Maharani at his side. The hypnotic duo engaged with guests as all enjoyed a thoughtfully prepared menu created to perfectly pair with Pascal’s innovative wines, while Pascal regaled attendees with personal tales of wine and food.

One of Pascal’s latest projects, a collaboration with iconic South African winemaker Klein Constantia, showcases the terroir of South Africa with minimal intervention or winemaking style of Pascal Jolivet. Pascal shared the compelling background on the renaming of his Pouilly-Fumé wines to Blanc-Fumé, a nod to the history of the winery and the name they originated with.
