P.F. Chang’s Launches New Holiday Menu with Bold Flavors

Need some comforting food that will keep you nourished and happy during the busy holidays? P.F. Chang’s is the answer. The beloved restaurant is celebrating—and turning up the heat—this holiday season with a delicious new limited-time menu that features the most scrumptious plates of Asian-inspired cuisine that includes miso lobster dumplings, a black pepper filet, a decadent butter cake and the return of the popular Longlife Noodles & Prawns dish.

If that wasn’t enough, P.F. Chang’s is also debuting “Light the Fire,” a thrilling platform that emphasizes the flavor of the eatery’s cherished wok-based cooking style—the beating heart of every P.F. Chang’s kitchen—while embracing fire as a symbol of creativity and community. P.F. Chang’s latest brand commitment that’s focused on flavor, value and togetherness seamlessly taps into their superior hospitality that is consistent throughout their 300-plus locations around the world.

The Knockturnal recently made a visit to P.F. Chang’s in New York City to taste the new menu and it was magnificent. But most importantly, we witnessed first hand the brand’s welcoming and inclusive dining experience. The energetic staff, especially Keith, went above and beyond with their customer service and really did spark meaningful connections as promised in their campaign. The warmth of their dining rooms easily provides intimate gatherings around its tables for guests and for the holidays, P.F. Chang’s is really one of the spots where families, friends and even colleagues can come together to create unforgettable moments over a great meal.

Food is just as important as the company and P.F. Chang’s has some mighty new dishes. We tried their iconic Longlife Noodles & Prawns and it was a real winner. The wok-tossed noodles were perfectly prepared and served with chili butter and prawns, which were fresh and firm, yet with a tender texture and no briny flavor. The noodles and the sea food are the perfect combination. Each bite was packed with flavor and we could eat this dish everyday. This was our first time eating this and it lives up to the hype. It’s a must-order.

The miso lobster dumplings were also excellent and you shouldn’t pass on this dish. Tender pieces of lobster and shrimp were mixed with scallions and carrots with your choice of miso butter or chili butter. The texture of the dumplings were creamy and delectable with a little kick due to the spicy chili butter sauce. The portion size was generous and very filling.

Lastly we had the black pepper filet, which consisted of a sliced tender beef filet, shiitake mushrooms, onions, shishito peppers, a savory black pepper sauce and Togarashi spice. It was flawless and we ate the whole plate rather quickly. We ended our meal with P.F. Chang’s addicting Lettuce Wraps and orange chicken. These two plates are so good each time and very reliable.

Guests can also toast the holiday spirit with seasonal drinks, which includes a non-alcoholic Apple Spice Refresher and two festive new cocktails as part of P.F. Chang’s excellent $8.99 Cocktail Collection, like the Frosted Cranberry Cosmo and Apple Spice & Everything Nice. The Frosted Cranberry Cosmo is a bright, tart twist with Ketel One Vodka, Triple Sec, white cranberry juice, and lime while the Apple Spice & Everything Nice is a warming blend of Maker’s Mark Bourbon, apple, cinnamon, lemon, and bitters.

The appeal P.F. Chang’s is timeless and cuts above its competition. Founded in 1993 by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming, P.F.
