On The Scene: UnitedMasters A Celebration of Independence

During Grammy weekend, UnitedMasters hosted a Celebration of Independence concert featuring performances by Russ, Grammy nominated Tobe Nwigwe and Brent Faiyaz. Steve Stoute’s UnitedMasters partook in Grammy weekend festivities by celebrating the power of independent music and the innovative artists who are pushing culture forward. UnitedMasters and its guests completely packed out the Hollywood Palladium.

Notable guests in attendance included Steve Stoute (UnitedMasters Founder and CEO) as well as Jay-Z and Beyoncé, Nas, DJ Khaled, Wiz Khalifa, Future, Daniel Kaluuya, Damson Idris, Gayle King, Jermaine Dupri, Doug E. Fresh, Koffee, Eric Nam, Soo Joo Park, Lauren Juargegi, DDG, JELEEL, Grandmaster Flash, Jabari Banks, and many more.

The arena was divided into GA, lounge and VIP sections as the guests started arriving. The lounge & VIP areas for special guests featured an open bar with complimentary cocktails and prime viewing from the second floor. Guests were filled with excitement and anticipation as Tobe Nwigwe took the stage followed by Russ. The audience began moving closer to the stage as the final performer for the evening took the stage. The night ended with a performance by Brent Faiyaz that had the entire crowd in their feelings, singing along and truly celebrating independent music.
