On The Scene: Scarlett Johansson, Channing Tatum and Cast Attend “Fly Me To The Moon” Premiere

In Greg Berlanti’s newest comedy-drama, viewers have a front row seat to an array of conspiracy, comedy, chemistry in more ways than one, and an exploration of the 1960’s space race unlike any other.

If you think you knew a thing or two about the real-life Apollo Missions, Fly Me To The Moon brings them about in a never before seen way, through a satirical look at what it would have been like if NASA had staged a fake broadcast of the Apollo 11 moon landing. The story is told through the eyes of the relationship between a marketing specialist and the NASA director responsible for the launch, played by Scarlett Johansson and Channing Tatum respectively.

The film premiered on Monday at New York City’s AMC Lincoln Square, with appearances from Johansson and Tatum, along with Ray Romano Jim Rash, Anna Garcia, Donald Elise Watkins, Noah Robbins, Colin Woodell, Christian Zuber, Nick Dillenburg  and more.

The tight knit cast had many adorable moments on the carpet, including Anna Garcia taking over an interview with Channing Tatum. “Who’s your favorite co-star?” she asked him, to which he remarked that she was not only his favorite, but also the shortest.

With all of the space talk, The Knockturnal took to the red carpet to ask the cast members just how they would do on their own astral missions. Some, decidedly, would fair better than others. Check out the full conversations below!
