The newest action-comedy celebrated its premiere at NYC’s AMC theater this past Tuesday.
The film follows the story of a Suburban mom, played by Toni Collette, who is unexpectedly left to inherit her grandfather’s mafia empire in Italy. With help of her family’s trusted consigliere, played by Monica Bellucci, the suburban mother defies everyone’s expectations, when becoming the new head of the family business. This premiere is star-studded like no other. With appearances from Real Housewives star, Teresa Guidice to Pose Actor, Ryan Jamaal Swain, the night was filled with wholesome laughs!

Outside of the carpet, there are other components of the film celebrating special releases. Film composer, Alex Heffes, produced the soundtrack for the film. One of the debuting tracks “The Balbano Villa”, is a tease to what viewers can expect to hear in the film. The tracks contain a harmonious sound that moves viewers when watching the film and evokes emotions mirroring what occurs in each scene throughout the movie.
Mafia Mamma opens in theaters on April 14th from Bleecker Street. The film’s Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is being released on Filmtrax on April 14th.
