On The Scene: Henry Diltz Exclusive Grammys Week Launch Event

Last week, we attended the Henry Diltz exclusive Grammys week launch event at Fred Segal in West Hollywood. We were there to celebrate the debut of his inaugural limited-edition co-signed series which happens to be in collaboration with 12on12. Diltz is a photographer whose shots from the 60’s and 70’s have been celebrated and seen as both intimate and iconic. He has shot some of the most influential musicians in history and his work is now available for purchase through his partnership with 12on12.

12on12, founded in 2016 by Claudia Moross, specializes in art curation collaborations with iconic notable figures like Diltz. Diltz limited edition collection with 12on12 includes five colorized prints from Henry’s archive of Keith Richards, Joni Mitchell, Ringo Starr, Graham Nash, and America. A percentage of the proceeds will also be donated to Musicares.

Guests enjoyed complimentary cocktails courtesy of Jack Daniels and an array of hors d’oeuvres. The event also included a fireside chat with Diltz where attendees were able to indulge in untold stories behind some of his photographs. Along with this was an amazingly curated musical experience by Alix Brown. Guests were able to get an in-person look at these iconic prints and network with other attendees in the art and music space.

Overall the party was the best way to kick off Grammy weekend and celebrate such a force in the industry. Cheers to the partnership between Henry Diltz and 12on12. If you haven’t had the chance to check out the collection, please visit 12on12 below.
