Taking her the first step into culinary and nutrition writing, Stant Island Hustle star Janine Detore invites fans into her family and her kitchen in her first cookbook, Bitchin In the Kitchen: From My Big Family To Your Lunch Table. Amongst the pages of Italian recipes, readers find Detore’s family history and inspiration behind each dish. At its core, Detore’s book emphasizes the importance of the family unit. Despite ever-changing family dynamics, the kitchen remains a point of conciliation, emotional safety, and love.

The launch party event was an intimate celebration hosted at Bice Cucina Soho. After speaking with the press, Detore spent the evening among family and friends to celebrate women in business.
