On the Scene: Backstage at Cynthia Rowley NYFW FW’25 with Justine Marjan for TRESemmé

Behind the scenes, as models get ready for the Cynthia Rowley NYFW 2025 show, Justine Marjan is leading the hair looks using TRESemmé’s A-List collection.

Providing the hair products and tools for the looks, TRESemmé teamed up with partner and celebrity stylist Justine Marjan to bring the vision to life. This year, it’s Cynthia Rowley, backstage at the Jewish Heritage Museum. Calm, chill, and glammed, models arrived in the back room to get ready with hair, makeup, and overall glam, followed by final touch-ups by Justine herself.

During our chat, as she turned the curling iron on a model, Justine shared the inspiration behind today’s looks: “It’s very chill vibes. Everything from our planning and the backstage atmosphere to working with the team has been more relaxed, and that energy really shows through in the beauty looks today.” The show took place outdoors, so it was important for the look to have a lot of natural movement. Windswept waves and rippled ponytails were the standout looks of the evening. “The inspiration was Mother Nature, as if the wind was the hairstylist. A lot of the models have beautiful, natural texture and waves that we are enhancing with the TRESemmé A-List Collection Dry Texturing Spray,” Justine explains.

“It’s a reflection of everything that’s happening today,” she continues. The standout item, which Justine highlights as the key component that holds all the looks together, is the Dry Texturizing Spray, a simple product that makes a big impact. Other key products used across the looks include the TRESemmé A-List Collection All-in-One Hair Style Primer, and the Instant Fix Styling Stick, all designed to create effortless, runway-ready styles.

In true TRESemmé fashion, you can be runway-ready yourself and recreate the looks at home. The TRESemmé A-List Collection Dry Texturing Spray is exclusively sold at Target.
