Oktoberfest is Back at Watermark at Pier 15

OktoberFest NYC at Watermark

Oktoberfest NYC at Watermark is back for the 2023 season.

Let’s be real: flight prices can be expensive, making it difficult to get your beer drinking in Germany. Watermark has remedied this dilemma by restoring its yearly Oktoberfest NYC event at Pier 15 in the Seaport District. Now through October 29, you can try a wide selection of the finest beers, order authentic German food, and listen to traditional Bavarian music.

Watermark is a 10,000-square-foot outdoor bar and restaurant with panoramic views of the Brooklyn skyline and the perfect open-air space to indulge in Oktoberfest activities. Beyond the views, expect a bevy of beer selections served in “boots,” a flavorful menu like brats from Schaller & Weber, giant pretzels with a trio of dips, beer-braised turkey legs, and more.

As the weather changes to fall, throw on a flannel shirt or Lederhosen and head to downtown Manhattan. Reservations are recommended, and if you want VIP treatment, cabanas are available for an all-inclusive moment. Unlike many other Oktoberfest events that take place only on weekends, Watermark celebrates the occasion 7-days a week. You can’t go wrong with booking an after-work table or stopping by during the weekend.

Watermark is also convenient to get to by train, or if you want even more views, take the ferry to the neighboring pier. Also returning this year is the famed Pumpkin Arch at Pier 17, starting October 1. Between Watermark and this installation, you’ll be in full autumnal mode.
