Luooif Studio dazzled attendees with their newest collection at NYFW: The Shows. Held at Spring Studios in Soho, Luooif Studio’s collection emphasizes the naughty but elegant shadows that run through the soul line of the body.
The brand’s direction is inspired by skirting the lines of reality and illusion. For FW 2020, Luooif’s latest collection focused on telling a dream, with pieces that evoke a psychedelic and ethereal style. Founded in 2015 by Lena Loffurzzi and Peng Zhang, the brand hails from London where both founders attended Central Saint Martins University.

Loffurzzi also acts as Luooif Studio’s head designer. When asked about her design language she states “I am convinced that the details of the costumes speak, and the fabrics express love. If the costume designer is the sculptor of the human body, then the details of the garment and the fabrics are the skin of the human body and a canvas to express these details.”
