The team at Casa Dani, located in NYC, has come together to offer guests a new menu item to celebrate World Paella Day for a limited amount of time.
In December 2021, Sam Nazarian and Disruptive Restaurant Group partnered with 3-starred Michelin Chef Dani Garcia to create Casa Dani. The restaurant pays homage to Garcia’s upbringing and features cuisine inspired by Spain’s Mediterranean south. The menu includes various items such as chanquete con huevo y pimiento, which is a noodlefish with fried eggs and roasted peppers, and they also have chipirones en su tinta, which translates to baby squid in ink sauce. Garcia is known for his quality, commitment to his roots, authentic flavors, and. the ambiance created by his staff. His menu also highlights Southern Spanish staples such as a raw bar, Mediterranean tapas & mezzes, a selection of whole fish cooked over an open fire, and an assortment of Spanish paellas.
Paella is described as a Spanish cuisine flavored with saffron and can include various types of meat, seafood, and vegetables. In honor of World Paella Day, the restaurant will add Wild Boar Paella with porcini and broccolini to the menu from September 20th to September 23rd. It will be available for lunch and dinner servings at Casa Dani and is perfect for feeding a large group of people.
Casa Dani is open from Tuesday to Sunday, and reservations can be made directly to the restaurant and on OpenTable.
