Director/writer Tom Gormican and co-writer Kevin Etten talked about how they got Nick Cage’s attention and the Nick Cage films that inspired them to make “The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent.” Composer Mark Isham noted how he sprinkled references to the previous Nick Cage films he composed and had the music purposefully reflect Cage’s character.
