Nadia Aboulhosn Celebrates Collaboration with Addition Elle

Model and blogger, Nadia Aboulhosn, held a Meet & Greet at the Fifth Avenue Lord & Taylor Location for the launch of her new collection with Addition Elle.

Nadia’s Fashion Capsule Collection is in collaboration with Addition Elle’s Love & Legend line. The collection will be sold exclusively at Lord & Taylor. The pieces consisted of great basics in neutral hues like black, nude, and olive. Some great pieces included a black and brown bomber jacket and a black trench coat. Check out the pieces below and our interview with Nadia Aboulhosn.

What was your inspiration behind the collection?

It was very much a military, strong, confident warrior theme. I wanted very minimal, neutral colors. That’s what this whole collection is about.

What’s your favorite piece?

My favorite piece is the trench dress. I can unbutton it and do a high slit with a cinched in waist. My second favorite would be the body con cut out sheer dress.

What are some of your favorite fall trends?

I love olive green right now, even my nails are green, I have a problem. Along with neutral colors and mixing it with black.

What was your favorite part of designing the collection?

Just working with everyone and I love being able to get other people’s ideas with mine because I always say, more minds together work better than one. I want to learn as much as I can before I start my own line. So I’m building up to something much bigger.

When can we expect your collection to drop?

I want to do two to three more years of this till I get as much experience as I can before I take that step, because it’s such a huge step.

What else are you working on right now?

At the end of this month, I’m flying back to Montreal and we’re designing the summer Addition Elle collection. I’m really excited. That’s the next project for me.
