Mixmag & W New York Hotel Welcome Musical Guests With New Recording Studio

The intimate listening party held on August 2nd by Mixmag and W New York held the energy of a full out rave, but was kept much more tame!

DJ and producer Jacques Renault kept the party going all night with an addicting mix of disco and house music and those who attended the event busted out some cool moves while socializing. Jacques Renault is originally from Washington D.C., and moved to Chicago where he held a position at the nightclub Smartbar. Renault has relocated to Brooklyn and he remains the reason people lose their minds to the hottest dance music both international and at home in the states.

The W Sound Suite within W New York hotel features new recording technology, great sound equipment and padding in the room for optimized recording and practice. The location is very important when one is attempting to get creative, with this in mind, the views of Midtown Manhattan stole the show. Being located on the 17th floor of the W New York, it would not be difficult for one to become inspired while working in the studio. Special thanks to Mixmag and W New York for the event!
