In the midst of first-quarter jockeying, a radio hit always comes along that worms its way through the internet finding its way into the mainstream. Here is one from Toronto based artist Melxdie. Coming through with a very uptempo beat and some legit singing skills on “Voulez Vous,” her debut Single.
The song also features Pressa, who you wouldn’t think fits the beat but pulls off his signature flow and adlibs fully for his part of the record. Some fans have shown support to both artists calling it a “smart move” on Pressa’s end especially as it opens him up for a potential R&B/Pop market not usually in his range. For a rapper like Pressa, this could be an amazing career door opening as it highlights a side of him that his fans haven’t seen before.
