Let’s Get Diplomatic With The Diplomat

If you’re scrolling through Netflix and you notice the new number show is “The Diplomat” just know that I manifested it.

This show is delightfully addicting. So if you have the desire to binge watch some really great television, then keep reading. I’m talking about spicy, political drama , with stunning characters of interest.

Although politics take a  lead role on “The Diplomat” there are also complicated marriage ties in the work space, and surprisingly new romantic ties in the workplace as well. This is exactly what we call balance. You’ll feel, and see a lot of balance on this new Netflix hit show “The Diplomat”.

The balance is what will keep you on the edge of your chair, or couch, whichever your binge watching location of choice is. Either way, trust that watching “The Diplomat” comes with the support of a legendary show creator in the making, Debora Cahn.  During “The Diplomat” red carpet  on Tuesday April 18, 2023 I caught up with Debora. We spoke about her climb from being a writer on the hit show “Grey’s Anatomy”.  Then moving on to become an executive producer of another hit show “The Wing”. Now Debroa has created her own show “The Diplomat”. Which I believe has high potential of being Netflix’s new hit show. When asked about how she was able to transition from being a writer to now a creator, Debora told me that “she learned from the greats” like Shonda Rhimes and Aaron Sorkin. The greats inspired Debora, and now we have the opportunity to watch Debora’s fruits of labor on “The Diplomat”.

If you don’t get a chance to watch “The Diplomat” you’ll most likely miss out on such fantastic writing, and needless to say great dramatic, suspenseful, political television. I mentioned to David Gyasi, who plays the British foreign secretary on “The Diplomat”, that this show will most certainly be life changing, and it will be on the top 10 on Netflix.  Fast forward to the weekend premiere, it is indeed the #1 show on Netflix.

I’m usually right when it comes to great television, and what I manifested for “The Diplomat” happened, because it was just that good! Make sure you check it out on Netflix, you’re welcome.
