Like Tee Grizzly, New Orleans-by-way-of-Los Angeles recording artist NNO is fresh out prison and took to music for his positive outlet. Popular with his wordplay, NNO makes a big impression with the release of his new music video, “200 Degrees”.
In support of his upcoming release, the new video shows NNO Tperfect blend of down south grit meets laid-back LA.
Brief background on NNO. “Mr. Take yo chip and yo chick”, may be new to a few, but has already started gaining a fan base after his first project entitled “Shit Gets Deep”. Staying consistent, he released a 2013 fall single follow up, entitled “FANM”, featuring his B.O.W. brodIE – Oktane, of Audio Push.
NNO thanks is upbringing as inspiration behind his music. Stating:
“Growing up in Calliope was the best thing that could’ve happened to me. It was gutta, but the love was real. When the hurricane hit we lost it all, literally – I had nothing. Imagine everything you’ve worked for, things you grew up with, PEOPLE you grew up with – was all gone in a matter of days. Mentally I was on a whole ‘notha level. That’s why I came to Cali with a chip on my shoulder.”
