Krewe celebrated their 10th anniversary with a pop-up event and a new collection of eyeglasses
Krewe celebrated its 10th anniversary this past Wednesday with a collection and collaboration with Gotham Burger. Located at their flagship store in the Meatpacking District of New York, the collaboration drew the attention of passersby and appreciators alike. The friendly chatter and laughter amongst fellow creatives created a sense of community and warmth that was a contrast to your usual solo shopping experience.
Krewe’s store collection
The new collection, which launched this month, was heavily inspired by New Orleans, where the company was founded and is currently headquartered. The new designs allude to some of their classic frames only with a fun twist. From checkered patterns to tinted lenses and everything in between, the anniversary capsule is embracing the brand’s mission to “do something unexpected.” The subtle pops of color are perfect for those begging to add more bold accessories to their closet; but if that’s not quite your speed, Krewe also offers classic styles that are guaranteed to add that effortless feel.
Following Krewe’s mission of “doing something unexpected,” the Krewe team continues to put together pop-ups throughout the year to encourage people who may not usually seek out Krewe to check them out.
Krewe aims to create an inclusive community for all people.
The collection is out now and available to shop online or in-store.
