On Wednesday, March 14th, Kerrygold Irish Cream hosted a party at The Bennett downtown to celebrate Ireland and St. Patrick’s Day. The party featured four specialty cocktails using the Irish Cream alongside some Irish cheese and Irish inspired canapes. There was an Irish smoked salmon, Kerrygold Cashel blue cheese, roast fillet of Irish beef, smoked mackerel rillettes, and Irish butter fudge. What was also fun was that the music selection was also inspired by Ireland and Irish music so we got to experience the type of music that Irish people jam to.
But as we all know, the main stars of the night were the specialty cocktails prepared, to which we have the recipes which are super easy to make at home too!

2.5 oz. Strong Brewed Coffee

.5 oz. Honey Water
5-6 Slices of Banana
Pinch of Pink Sea Salt
