Wanting to experience the most awarded distillery in the world? No need to worry about flights, hotels, or designated drivers, Jameson Irish Whiskey has packed up the whole distillery and brought it to NYC’s vast Hudson Yards.
For two weeks only, you can experience Jameson’s Bow St. Distillery, where the Irish legend started in 1780. From Thursday, August 26, 2022 to Wednesday, September 7, the experience is open daily from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m, and until 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

The three-part journey explores the Irish whiskey’s legendary story, with its triple-distillation process and signature smooth taste. The immersive experience is meant to be organic in character and social in spirit, offering dedicated space for friends and strangers to share in an exploration of Jameson’s heritage and history. Further, Jameson is putting its support behind the local busking community by covering the cost of up to 1,000 permits for entertainers through its “Busk on Us” program. Busking is a shared tradition for both New York City and Dublin.
In fact, earlier in the week, celebrated musician returned to his busking roots by singing his breakthrough hits as well as songs from his upcoming second album, “Sonder,” out on Island Records/Interscope. Busking musicians will continue to perform throughout the week as the celebrations continue.

Whether you’ve never had a chance to sample Jameson or you’re an insider, you’ll enjoy branded activities including cocktail classes with New York bartenders, a putting green, and more, all while listening to live music from some of NYC’s renowned buskers. Of course, you’ll learn a lot about Jameson’s process and techniques. Get a first-hand look at how the celebrated Jameson Black Barrel expression happens. Hear from those who craft Jameson, feel the heat of the char, smell its vanilla notes and, ultimately, taste its complexity as part of an educational experience.
Jameson Distillery on Tour is free for anyone 21+ to attend, but must register online here. Walk-ups welcomed.
