The brand ‘Basundari’ showcased authentic Batik textiles with Cirebon West Java influences. Designers Ayu Dyah Andari and Sally Giovanny hoped for youthful elegance. Traditional Batik craftsmen collaborated on the garments. The dresses and sets featured vibrant pinks and purples alongside soft naturals. Clothes mimicked artistic renderings of utopian nature.
Linda Anggrea’s ‘Buttonscarves’ showcased their new ‘The Dream Capsules’ collection. Blazers and shirt dresses featured monogram prints with modern edges. Romantic blouses sported classic neutral and warm tones. Denim shirts added a casual, yet modest option. Midnight blue and pink clay colors brought an international style.
Urban modest wear brand ‘KAMI’ made a distinct appearance at the show. Designers Istafiana Candirini, Afina Candarini, and Nadya Karinamarks launched their latest collection ‘Chakra Collection.’ They received inspiration from Indonesian treasure Kain Tapis. The designers used unique suede and denim prints for unforgettable garments.
The brand ‘Nada Puspita’ premiered their new ‘A Breath of Modesty’ collection. The label highlighted feminine and comfortable clothing. Garments featured soft pink, apricot, and midnight blue colors. Designer Indah Nada hoped to “empower every woman to love and be confident.”
