INDEPENDENCE DAY: RESURGENCE  will hit theaters on Friday, June 24.

The voice cast and filmmakers from Finding Dory dove into Hollywood’s El Capitan Theatre for the all-new movie’s blue-carpet premiere.

Celebrating Dory’s return to the big screen were Ellen DeGeneres, Albert Brooks, Ed O’Neill, Kaitlin Olson, Hayden Rolence, Ty Burrell and Eugene Levy, alongside director Andrew Stanton, co-director Angus McLane, producer Lindsey Collins, executive producer John Lasseter, screenwriter Victoria Strouse and composer Thomas Newman.

Brandon is a 15 year old whose dream is a pair of fresh Air Jordans. Soon after he gets his hands on them, they’re stolen by a local hood, causing Brandon and his two friends go on a dangerous mission through Oakland to retrieve them.
Directed by Justin Tipping, the film stars Jahking Guillory, Christopher Jordan Wallace, Christopher Meyer, Kofi Siriboe, Mahershala Ali and Molly Shaiken.
