On Wednesday, November 15th, Grand Marnier celebrated the opening of their new interactive event, the Grand Encounter. The event was held in New York City where guests were able to participate in a number of immersive experiences including sampling Grand Marnier by itself, enjoying specialty Grand Marnier cocktails, and get the chance to make their own Grand Margarita during a guided bartending lesson. And with the event being hosted close to the holidays, Grand Marnier wanted to give guests the opportunity to purchase the perfect Grand Marnier cocktail gift for themselves or their loved ones. The gift kit, called (W)rapping Paper + Cocktail Kit comes in collaboration with Teezo Touchdown and UNWRP and features all the ingredients needed to make the perfect Grand Margarita. You can check out the kit and make the purchase here.
As the night progressed, Grand Marnier invited the legendary DJ Clue to perform on stage. DJ Clue was also joined by JoeBlaxx (Drummer), Chelsea Baratz (Saxophone), and Big Yuki (Keys) to give guests a one-of-a-kind performance with a mashup of hip-hop classics complemented with live music sounds. Guests of the event paired the live music with more Grand Marnier cocktails and bopped the night away.
