Finding a great place to eat on the Las Vegas Strip can be a daunting task. With so many eateries to choose from, where can you go for a delicious meal that offers a reasonable price point and provides an ambiance that is welcoming? Look no further than the brand new Gordon Ramsay Burger, located at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino.

This celebrity chef-helmed spot celebrated its grand opening last January, which is its second Vegas offshoot after the original at Planet Hollywood Resort, and marks Ramsay’s seventh restaurant overall at Caesars Entertainment properties on the Strip. Gordon Ramsay Burger has been so popular that this second location was built to meet demand. They are cooking up the most incredible burgers you’ll ever eat and redefining the classic burger experience by serving a daily, all-day brunch. Their brunch items are exclusive at the Flamingo location and one of the very few places in all of Vegas to offer brunch everyday at all hours.

Their impressive brunch items include a decadent Full English Breakfast Burger with a sausage patty, fried egg, bacon, mushrooms, HP sauce (a popular condiment in the U.K.) and Heinz beans. It’s a monster of a meal and you’ll be very pleased and stuffed! Another must-try dish is the Bacon, Egg, Cheese Sandwich, which is made with soft scrambled eggs, crème fraîche, thick cut bacon, cheddar cheese, and garlic spicy mayo. Their version of this classic was perfectly balanced with salty, savory, and rich textures. Every bite was heavenly and very satisfying. It also comes with large, seasoned tater tots, which were to die for.

The rest of the Gordon Ramsay Burger menu truly offers something for every palate. They are truly a mecca for delectable burgers and they are made with top-quality ingredients, unique combinations and their beef patties are expertly grilled over an open flame for an exceptional flavor. The names of their dishes are even creative—Viva Vegan Burger, Idiot Burger, Straight Up Dawg, the Cluck Yeah G.F.C. Sandwich—and you can’t help but giggle.

The Farmhouse Burger, which Ramsay himself eats, was simply magnificent and we can understand why Ramsay likes it too. Priced at $26.99, it comes with dubliner cheese, bacon, fried egg and fries, and the burger’s juicy patty was complimented with the other toppings. I could eat this everyday! Another magnificent burger that is not to be missed is the Steak Dinner Burger that features a 10-ounce Wagyu patty, sauteed mushrooms and onions, Boursin spread and HP sauce. This burger packed a punch in the best way and is astounding.

For those looking for chicken instead of beef, the Cluck Yeah G.F.C. (Gordon’s Fried Chicken) Sandwich is stellar. Their crispy chicken tossed in a spicy sauce, red cabbage slaw and pickled red onions on a pink brioche bun to represent the color of the Flamingo hotel. That’s so clever!

Dessert options include milkshakes such as the 99 Flake Shake—a vanilla shake with waffle cone pieces and a Flake chocolate bar—and the Sticky Toffee Waffle with toasted pecans and vanilla ice cream.

Not only is the food exceptional, Gordon Ramsay Burger provides a classy, inviting and elevated ambiance. Located on the casino floor along Las Vegas Boulevard, the restaurant’s sprawling 12,000-square-foot space seats 300 guests and features an open exhibition kitchen, a massive island-style bar for cocktails and several dining zones. A 50-seat, open-air patio highlights a 25-foot-tall LED column that overlooks the Strip. Stylish Union Jack accents are present throughout the restaurant and are a tribute to Ramsay’s home country.

As for the hospitality at Gordon Ramsay Burger, it is outstanding. Jared Hogeg was the perfect waiter and served with passion, professionalism, promptness, and personable charm. He had extensive knowledge of the menu, while also being efficient and organized. Also, Daniel Mena, the floor manager, was incredibly welcoming with empathy. He understood and knew exactly how to respond to customers’ needs and concerns with compassion and understanding.
