Get To Know Up & Coming Talent Kris Summers

When we think of Massachusetts, Boston comes to mind.

A city known to produce some popular artists back in the ’70s, 80’s, and 90’s (Aerosmith, Boston, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, The Cars, New Edition) but hip-hop was not really at the forefront of the city’s music scene at those times. Until Gang Starr‘s one-half Guru came along. Historically irrefragable for Boston’s hip-hop rap community. The last urban big name to come from Massachusetts? Joyner Lucas.

Enter Kris Summers, also known as MadGalKris on the gram, she’s a model and entrepreneur from Springfield, MA. At the age of 13 she moved to Douglasville, GA where she later attended Georgia State University and Majored in Political Science with a Minor in Law. When she finished college, she decided to pursue a career in modeling as she was featured in several music videos, with the most notable ones being with Lil Yatchy, Rich The Kid, Fabolous, and Lil Uzi Vert. Outside of her modeling career she is also an up and coming rap artist, with plans on releasing new music later this year. Kris Summers is also a rising social media brand, with over 1 million followers across her platforms. She is also good friends with social media influencers, Blacc Chyna, Ellabands, Mellabarbiex and Kiyomi Leslie.

She is using her social media platform to help elevate the status of female leaders as an ambassador for the popular Atlanta boutique 16th Vanity.
