She gave us some great tips on creating lunches that are as fun to eat as they are making them! Continue reading below for Michelle’s tips and tricks, including how Amazon Fresh helps her in the process:

1) Invest in a lunch box with distinct compartments for easy organization like a stackable lunch box or bento box. Not only will your food be secure, its environemtally-friendly too.
2) Utilise leftovers from the night before. Michelle showed us one of her leftover meals using roasted tofu, shrimp fried rice, and vegetable dumplings as an example.
3) Have fun with your food! Cut out heart or star shapes in your apple slices using a fruit cutter, make kebabs using fruit skewers, or garnish your fruits and veggies with reusable plastic food picks.

Michelle’s meals included:

• A star-cut out ham and cheese sandwich with a side of strawberries, cucumber slices, skewered blueberries, and a garnished orange.
• Shrimp fried rice, a bear-studded hard boiled egg, a tofu-tomato-dumpling kebab, and star shaped apple slices.
• A chicken and cheese quesadilla on a bed of lettuce with an assortment of sticks—carrot and pretzel!
