Fords Gin Celebrates The Negroni With The Launch Of New Vinyl LP

The Negroni Sessions is a record that will guide you through all the layers of the sophisticated cocktail we know and love

Last week, Ford’s Gin celebrated the launch of their new vinyl LP, The Negroni Sessions, with a stylish event at The Django at The Roxy Hotel last week. At this event, guests were able to cheer with craft Ford’s Gin cocktails while being the first to listen to the album’s tracklist. The Negroni Sessions blends the complex flavors of a Negroni with a curated soundtrack, a concept born from Ford’s Gin co-founder Simon Ford’s passions for cocktails, music, and travel.

Following their 2022 Music To Drink Martinis To project, this new release further explores the intersection of cocktails and music. The Negroni Sessions, drawing from the Craft Recordings catalog and curated in collaboration with their Jazz Dispensary imprint, features a selection of rare funk, jazz, and related genre tracks from the 60s and 70s. The vinyl release includes notes on the Negroni’s history and nine unique Negroni recipes, one for each track, created by leading bartenders. The “Negroni Sessions” playlist is also available on various streaming platforms here.

For those curious about The Negroni Sessions tracklist, you can find it below.  If you would like to purchase your physical vinyl copy of The Negroni Sessions, they can be found at ReserveBar here.
