Follow these Sustainable Fashion Brands this Spring

Spring in these new sustainable fashion trends.

Here are some old and new fashion brands to look out for this season…

ÖHLIN/D

Just this past season I was lucky enough to attend their Fall/Winter 2017 presentation and little did I know the brand was sustainable until I got there. Now they happen to my favorite and of the newest in the fashion industry. Their brand scream modern 1970’s schoolgirl with polka dot patterns and bell bottom pants.

Reformation

This brand is one of the biggest and trendiest on the block and they even have a store in SoHo. But the clothes are very feminine and bohemian. If you plan on going out to a nice event or date night, their dress choices are all over the place from LBD to a maxi for a cool summer night.

Stella McCartney

This is a name everyone who loves fashion should know. Out of all the lists, this is the name you recognize for during London Fashion Week. Not only is she a fashion designer, but daughter to the legendary Paul McCartney. Her collections use no leather or furs as she is a big supporter of PETA. It can’t get any better than that.

EDUN

This brand is based right in the heart of New York City, but 95% of the collection is manufactured in Africa.

Be sure to support these brands and make it a goal to buy something sustainable before Earth Day on April 22.
