Today, The Knockturnal was invited to experience something fresh The Blue Table Series Vol. 01 an exclusive collaboration between Manchester City and Mundial Partners, created to re-imagine how we experience the game.
Yes, it’s Sunday and definitely not your go-to bar-style football watch party. It was a curated experience that merged culture, all things football, and fashion into one unforgettable morning.
For Vol. 01, the journey began at KidSuper’s iconic Brooklyn studio a space that feels straight out of a dream. Imagine stepping into a fantasy factory where art, sport, and imagination collide.
It felt like one part retail store on the first floor, with cool secret doors leading to a recording studio. The space is a creative playground spanning multiple levels: a retail store below, an open studio upstairs where about fifty guests gathered to watch the match, and a rooftop terrace perfect for a quick kick-about or a moment of reflection overlooking Brooklyn.
KidSuper has built more than a brand he’s built a world. A living, breathing football museum infused with fashion, humor, and heart. And today, we all got to step inside that dream.
The Beautiful Game Meets the Brooklyn Scene
If you grew up in the States, you’re often surrounded by basketball, baseball, and American football. But globally, the world unites around football or fútbol, or fotboll, depending on where you are. It’s not just a sport; it’s a culture, a rhythm, a universal language.
At the Blue Table Series, that truth came alive. You could hear it every time the team scored a goal pure joy echoing through the room. It was about finding the thread that connects music, fashion, and community through the love of the game, through stories, through food, through culture.
This wasn’t solely about rival teams; it was about togetherness bringing strangers together and leaving with more teammates than when you first arrived.
Fashion, Fit Checks, and Flow
There were so many premiere jerseys and one-of-a-kind collaboration pieces that fashion naturally became part of the conversation. In addition to the room being beautiful everyone looked good. We had fit checks, signature styles, and personal flair on full display. Everyone had a style of their own, which leaves room for individuality.
This merge of football and fashion at KidSuper’s space is one to note.
This matters because when people come together especially in sports, it’s to find shared moments and aesthetics or points of view to agree on. That creates energy everyone wants to be part of. The partners at Mundial clearly have their finger on that pulse, and we can’t wait to see what they do next.
Culture, Conversation, and Community
The guest list was intimate yet diverse a creative mix of artists, athletes, and storytellers who each brought something unique to the table:
- Bryant Barnes, singer-songwriter bringing soul and melody to the moment shared that he’s heading on tour this January, adding a new chapter to his journey. Who I plan on make co a writing partner
Bryant Barnes on Instagram - Niko Salo, soccer player and founder of The6ix Academy, continues to bridge sport and mentorship showing how football can empower the next generation.
Niko Salo on Instagram - Elischa Edouard, content creator and host whose energy is truly one of one a trusted name in commentary and culture who kept the room buzzing from start to finish.

The Mundial Touch
Behind the vision, Mundial Partners brought their signature storytelling approach to life crafting an experience that goes far beyond watching the game. They’re the go-to name for cultural activations that blend sport with creativity, and this first edition set the tone beautifully.
With tacos on the table, laughter in the air, and the sound of the match filling the room the event reminded us why football holds such power. It connects people across backgrounds, passions, and languages.
Final Whistle
Not a bad way to start November surrounded by dreamers, creators, and community. The Blue Table Series Vol. 01 was more than an event; it was a statement.
It showed that when you fashion football with athletics, food, and storytelling you don’t just watch the game. You get a chance to live in it.
