Exclusive: Jamie Camil Talks New Film “Kimi” [Video]

What if the whole world was listening to your every move? Steven Soderbergh’s newest film explores this harrowing concept with a unique plot line that draws viewers right in.

Starring Zoë Kravitz, the story follows an agoraphobic tech worker who hasn’t left her house in years. She has a good excuse to stay inside amidst the pandemic, but she begins to suspect that certain things may not be as they seem. Upon discovering documented evidence of a brutally violent crime, Angela desperately tries to report it, but is met with unexpected resistance. She discovers that if justice is going to be served, she needs to do the one the she fears most, leave the house. Alongside Kravitz is a star studded cast, including Rita Wilson and Jane The Virgin’s Jamie Camil. Camil stars as Revis, a corrupt and self proclaimed evil genius who begins to get his hands dirty as the thriller progresses. This role is a bold departure from what we have previously seen Camil in, and he shines in the role. He continues to prove his versatility as an actor, and his performance in Kimi is one that you can’t miss.
