Not much exists online about “The Night Wolf” but from first listen, they clearly mean business.
All we know is that they are from Canada and bring a developed but bass-heavy sound that may seem slightly misaligned with today’s rap du jour. But there is something very snarky going on here that will make you re-think just how influential the Timbaland x Swizz Beatz x Wayne x Jeezy era was in Hip-Hop. These guys sound like 2000 – 2010 Rap on steroids. The beats are massive and the rhymes show a honed cadence behind the wild personalities. Keep an eye out on these guys in 2019.
