Elle King Announces U.S. Headlining Tour

Elle King announces U.S. headlining tour dates for November

Rock’n’ Roll singer Elle King announced that she will add headlining dates for the month of November in the U.S (check dates below). These dates will follow her UK tour with James Bay, tickets will be on sale this Friday, September 25th. King’s hit single “Ex’s & Oh’s” has been number one on the Alternative Radio chart for three consecutive weeks while also holding the number one spot on the iTunes Alternative Songs chart. Elle is the second female artist in eighteen years to reach number one in Alternative radio.

King recently finished a nearly sold out headlining tour in the U.S this summer including festivals such as Bumbershoot, Lollapalloza, and Squamish Valley. Her UK tour begins on September 22nd in Manchester, England at the Apollo Theater. This tour also includes three sold out shows at Brixton Academy in London. Jon Pareles of The New York Times says Elle king is “a sassy, hard-drinking, love- ‘em-and-leave- ‘em hellion with bad tattoos and a broad pedigree. She has Adele’s determination and Joan Jett’s stomp, Brenda Lee’s high- voiced bite and some AC/DC shriek.” On her debut album Love Stuff, Elle worked with acclaimed collaborators including Dave Bassett and Jeff Bhasker.
